overlooks, The Stray, a 200-acre common, created
in 1778 by an act of Parliament and containing
many of Harrogate's famous mineral springs.
Occupying
a row of eight Georgian styled houses, the Hotel
comprises 48 exquisite bedrooms and magnificent
airy loft suites, featuring pristine beds of
luxurious Egyptian Linen, Monsoon showers, stylish
furnishings and unique décor.

seven days a week for lunch and dinner, the
Bistro offers a menu rooted in classic European
cuisine with a contemporary edge.
Here
you will find ‘simple classics’
that change seasonally, with head chef, Scott
Catchpole, adding his own selections daily,
all supporting our philosophy of using the finest
and freshest local produce, cooked simply, priced
sensibly.
Bar
Our
extensive and eclectic wine list is a key feature
of the hotel, including an impressive array
by the glass.
The
bar manager and their team will be happy to
to give friendly, knowledgeable advice on wines
or cigars at the bar.
In
addition to an incredible brand selection of
whiskies, cognacs, armagnacs, rums, bourbons
and countless other fine spirits, our bar features
a Cruvinet wine machine which dispenses eight
white and eight red wines drawn directly from
our cellar.
